TASTE:

In the mouth it is unctuous and you can appreciate the tannicity typical of the maceration with the skins of orange wine.Lychee, orange and rose petal.

This monovarietal malvasía from Sitges is one of the few minimal intervention wines from the Torre del Veguer winery. A brisado wine that ferments spontaneously as a result of the same indigenous yeasts from the vineyard and the winery, and no sulfites are added during bottling. It is a long and refreshing wine thanks to the characteristic acidity of malvasía. It is a so-called "natural" wine and has a very good balance and a marked citrus flavor. A very good wine to introduce you to the world of sparkling wines or "Orange wines."
