Colour

Pale yellow with green hues. Clean and bright.

AROMA:

Stylish, cool. Notes include green apple, peach and honey. Background white flower.

TASTE:

Soft, delicate acidity. Delicious in the mouth with hints of tropical fruit. Citrus finish, nice.

MATCHING
Perfect with grilled or baked fish, paella, shellfish steamed with spicy dishes and traditional Oriental cuisine.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Most of the vineyards are located along the Rhine terrace of Nierstein to Dienheim and Guntersblum and around Uelversheim. In total, with more than 40 different parcels. Christoph Hiestand is a passionate winemaker who strives to make wines that reflect the character of the grape varietal. The area of Rheinhessen is the largest wine region in Germany.
