Colour

Lemon-yellow coloured with some straw reflection. Clean and bright.

AROMA:

Frank and with medium aromatic intensity, aromas of white fruit to mature. Fresh, herbaceous on a subtle plant background, citrus.

TASTE:

Fresh in the attack on the palate, light and fruity step by mouth, with some stickiness, slightly warm, apricot.

Fish, crustaceans and molluscs (baked, grilled or steamed). Marinated clams, Menorca’s lobster stew or cocktail seafood could be perfect.
