TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean and very bright, straw yellow in color with greenish reflections.

AROMA:

Complex nose of very high aromatic intensity, notes of citrus and green apple stand out, on a herbaceous background.

TASTE:

Excellent mid palate, very fresh, full-bodied. Good varietal aftertaste.

MATCHING
The structure of this albariño combines very well with seafood creams and baked or steamed seafood.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 at the initiative of a group of vine growers and wine producers from the O Salnés region, who decided to professionalize their production.
This cooperative is called "Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana" and is currently made up of more than 430 members, being the most important cooperative by number of members of the D.O. Rías Baixas.
The winery has 220 hectares of its own vineyard spread over more than 2000 plots, characteristics of the Galician smallholding and located entirely in the "Val do Salnés" sub-area.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Rías Baixas
Rías Baixas is one of the five wine-growing regions of Galicia, located mainly in the zone of Pontevedra. The appellation is divided in five sub-regions depending on the production: O Rosal, Val de Salnés, Soutomaior, Ribeira do Ulla, Condado do Tea. The vineyard area occupies about 4,000 hectares with an average production, belonging to 180 wineries. This appellation D.O Rías Baixas is the largest producer in Galicia. Total production reaches 16 million liters of wine. The icon is the wine elaborated with the grape Albariño, aromatic and harmonious wines with remarkable acidity and moderated alcoholic graduation. Even the national consumption is high; the majority of the production is exported abroad, basically in countries such as US, Germany, United Kingdom and Japan.
