TASTING NOTE
Colour

Pale yellow with lemon green reflections.

AROMA:

Expressive and of great aromatic intensity, eminently varietal, where freshly cut aromatic herbs, scrub, lime and a clear memory of fennel stand out. Predominantly citrus notes.

TASTE:

The palate is elegant and reminiscent of tropical fruit and some flavor that we detected in the olfactory phase. Agile, with character and a long, glyceric finish.

MATCHING
It is a wine with texture and body, which is ideal to accompany appetizing meals as well as all kinds of fish, seafood, pasta, preserves and smoked meats.

Service temperature from 6º to 8º C.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Montecillo winery
Founded in 1772, Bodegas Osborne is a benchmark in the production of Spanish spirits.
The family business started more than two centuries ago with the Englishman Thomas Osborne Mann, who shipped from Devon driven by a growing demand in Londes for sherry wines. Together with Sir James Duff, British Consul in Cadiz, he would form a company to export wines to England and other countries. Years later, he founded the first wineries that would bear his name. Since then Bodegas Osborne has remained in family hands, with its offices in the same centennial buildings of Puerto de Santa María.
Rocío Osborne, the sixth generation of the family, represents the family business worldwide, highlighting the quality and values of all the wines from Bodegas Osborne.

Elaboration:
Selection of vineyards grown in glass. Manual harvest and maceration for two days under an inert atmosphere. Light pressing and low temperature fermentation in small capacity tanks. Subsequent battonage work with the lees in tank for two months. Rest in the bottle for three months before leaving the winery.
100% Verdejo grape variety.
