Colour

Straw yellow coloured with greenish reflections.

AROMA:

This wine displays a powerful aromaof tropical fruits and white flowers.

TASTE:

Broad and fresh on the palate, with a great expression and long persistence.

MATCHING
We suggest his wine to accompany starters, seafood and all kinds of fish.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Centennial Winery, (Masia Carreras) located in Sant Climent Sescebes. It has its origins in the fourteenth century and since then it belongs to the family. The first purchase document for a vineyard is dated 1305 but they already had vineyards before. Today they still have a lot of family documentation. It is a small winery, where things are done well and without haste.
It has some of the best historical vineyards in Empordà, such as the Roca Trocada vineyard, presided over by an imposing rock that watches over its black and white carignan over 100 years old.

Un gran vi que deixes de beure'n, ideal per aperitius i marics. Un cupatge ben encertat i que el moscatell hi te protagonisme. Molt recomenable.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Empordà
The appellation of Origin Empordà is located on the northern-east of Catalonia. The territory is distributed in two regions and 55 villages. 35 belong to Alt Empordà and the remaining 20 belong to Baix Empodrà. The average annual production reaches the 65000 hectoliters of wine with a planted surface of around 2000 hectares. From its beginnings the denomination was called Empordà-Costa Brava, but in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was deleted.
