On the nose, ripe white fruit predominates, along with Mediterranean herbs such as fennel or bay leaf. We also find slightly roasted notes from the yeast.
On the palate, it is pleasant with hints of pear. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing thanks to a good acidity. Very pleasant aftertaste of white fruit.
