Colour

Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Clean and bright crystalline.

AROMA:

Aromas of peach, pineapple, floral and dry grass notes combined with faint notes of wood, vanilla, toasted notes from its oak aging phase.

TASTE:

Tasty, perfumed on the palate, with good structure and balance, acidity and a very long finish that gives it a great personality, noting the aging, persistent. It came with character, unctuous sensations, fatty, glyceric.

Recommended for broth rice, baked white fish, cod and grilled seafood. Also with boletus risottos, smoked meats and blue cheeses.
Serving temperature between 8 and 10º C.

Since 1865 the Domènech family has passionately worked the lands of the Penedés to obtain the best fruit from the vineyards. Francisco José Domènech (1839-1909) was the promoter of the winemaking tradition in the family and the first to seek perfection in things well done.
In 1974 the Doènech Vidal family acquired new vineyards to meet the demands of the market. One of these farms is Masia Freyé, a place of retreat and source of inspiration for the Domènech Vidal family.
In 2012 the wines of the winery are renewed and presented under the brand "Domènech Vidal"

"Cultivare de Domènech." Vidal is much more than a wine, much more than a name, than a brand ... It is a new way of doing, thinking and understanding vine and wine. Cultivare is the interpretation of its natural environment from the most creative side that makes each bottle unique and special.
Land Art or Earth Art is an artistic movement that uses natural materials such as stones, leaves or earth to make artistic creations. To make the new labels for the Cultivare, a ten-meter "natural machine" built for the occasion was installed in the middle of a vineyard in Vilobí del Penedés. A hundred vine branches have acted as a brush to paint each of the labels to the rhythm of the wind. With a different color palette for each variety, the movement of the branches makes each label a unique work of art. In this way, Cultivare has made the artistic expression of Land Art a unique moment to dress a unique wine with a unique label.
