Colour

Intense yellow, with golden reflections, bright, clean.

AROMA:

Good intensity, aromatic complexity, white fruits (pear, peach, apple) and very light vegetables (fennel, mountain herbs, chamomile flower).

TASTE:

Well constituted, very tasty, it maintains the fruity idea and personality (apricot, loquat, quince jelly), light lees sensation, creaminess, lemon cream, creamy, glyceric. Very interesting at the slightly dry, fresh finish.

Ideal with light dishes, exotic salads with bittersweet touches. Salmon salad with avocado and mango, sautéed mushrooms with eels and fresh pasta. Lobster with fruit (pomegranate, mango, rocket). Countless dishes of Mediterranean cuisine and proximity cuisine.

Service temperature from 10º to 12º C.

Family farm with documented records that wine production already existed for five centuries.
At the beginning of the 20th century, the Huguet family acquired the farm, which is understood by mountain coasts at 400 meters of altitude. Cabrera de Anoia (Anoia, Barcelona). Located in the northernmost part of Penedès, responsible and ecological vineyard.

Elaboration:
Only own crops from the "Finca Can Feixas". Manual harvest with selection of the grapes in the vineyard itself and on the selection table upon arrival at the winery. Obtaining the first "flower must" by direct pressing of the fresh and whole grapes in a pneumatic press. Clarification of musts by static decanting. Fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Organic wine.
It has been aged for 8 months on its own lees in stainless steel tanks. Once bottled, the wine has matured for a minimum of 6 months in underground cellar.
Variedades Xarel.lo and Malvasia de Sitges. Limited production 4550 bottles approx. Organic viticulture.
