TASTING NOTE
Colour

Very pale and bright yellow color that conveys the most lively and electric expression of youth.

AROMA:

Floral aroma, where Muscat and Xarel·lo share a fair balance.
We consider it a fruity wine.

TASTE:

A very smooth mouth in the mouth, citrus and elegant background thanks to a very soft sweetness

MATCHING
It is ideal as an accompaniment to appetizers, fried fish, seafood, fish both grilled and steamed, Mediterranean rice, Fideuás and vegetarian cuisine, Vegan. Also discover with Japanese cuisine.

Serving temperature between 6 to 8º C.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
It is a small family winery, belonging to the Pedregosa family. The company is called "Castelo Vins" from Sant Sadurní d' Anoia. "Wines protected under the D.O. Penedès and with control and certification of Organic Wines.

The Alyssum is noble and subtle, since in its coupage there is a Muscat very cold preparation that gives us an elegant floral touch and a very soft palate.
Drink it means to enter your citrus and elegant background that is seducing thanks to a very sweet sweetness that turns Alyssum into a very pleasant wine on the palate.

Varieties: 55% Muscat from Frontignac and 45% Xarel.lo

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
