TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw yellow, with golden sparkles, brilliant, seductive in sight.

AROMA:

Intense, very complex, interesting aromatic palette, different intertwined perfections, fruity like yellow apple and medlar; fresh butter (variant that evolves once opened), freshly baked pastries, cinnamon, nutmeg, total complexity.

TASTE:

With personality, structure, spacious. In its passage through the mouth it is velvety, silky, unctuous, sweet, we highlight this successful balance of young and fresh notes, fruity and those of its noble woods. Persistent ending.

MATCHING
Very tasty wine, with high taste power, we could perfectly enjoy it with typical dishes of the area, octopus with Feira, Cea bread with Galician cheeses, with a Galician hake, seafood in general with cold sauces.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Since 1987, Jorge Ordóñez's personal crusade has been to seek and safeguard the rich and long history of viticulture and winemaking in Spain. As the largest vine growing region on Earth, Spain has been growing vines and making wines for millennia. Jorge's goal is to support and conserve the richness of indigenous grape varieties of his land. Its philosophy is based on the belief that Spain's potential lies in the abundance of old vineyards planted with the oldest clones of indigenous varieties.
Unfortunately, the trend in Spain is to replant many of those old vineyards with more productive clones and international varieties, on trellises.
Jorge Ordóñez Selections combats this dynamic by defending a way of making wine that embodies philosophy: what makes Spain unique is its vast history of viticulture and oenology, and a wealth and variety of old vineyards of indigenous varieties.
