TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw yellow with golden reflections, crystal clear.

AROMA:

High intensity, with aromas of white flowers and tropical fruit, ripe plantain highlight and pineapple, with a subtle mineral background.

TASTE:

Wine-bodied, round, and creamy, mouth filling it evolves well ripe tropical fruit. Good acidity, fresh and with a persistent aftertaste, is white and pleasant personality.

MATCHING
With Atlantic cuisine, fish and seafood from the Galician area. Steamed and grilled seafood, baked fish, with light sauces (green sauces) or even fish "Caldeirada" (traditional Galician fish stew).
Ideal wine as an aperitif, first courses, starters, regional cheeses not very cured, smoked. Also the famous smoked Lacón, octopus from Feira with red paprika, a combination of sweet and spicy in many cases to your own taste.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The pearl of Finca Tremondo is the beautiful Bodegas GRANBAZÁN building, with a marked influence of French Château and now covered with blue tiles, making a nod to Galician Indian houses. The neoclassical-style winery is semi-buried and oriented to the north, maintaining constant and cool temperatures throughout the year.

The winery was acquired by the Riojan Baigarri.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Rías Baixas
Rías Baixas is one of the five wine-growing regions of Galicia, located mainly in the zone of Pontevedra. The appellation is divided in five sub-regions depending on the production: O Rosal, Val de Salnés, Soutomaior, Ribeira do Ulla, Condado do Tea. The vineyard area occupies about 4,000 hectares with an average production, belonging to 180 wineries. This appellation D.O Rías Baixas is the largest producer in Galicia. Total production reaches 16 million liters of wine. The icon is the wine elaborated with the grape Albariño, aromatic and harmonious wines with remarkable acidity and moderated alcoholic graduation. Even the national consumption is high; the majority of the production is exported abroad, basically in countries such as US, Germany, United Kingdom and Japan.
