Colour

Pale pink with gold trim and gray shades. Fine bubbles, crown formation.

AROMA:

Intense, complex. Notes of red fruit, pineapple and baked apple. Background in toasted nuts and a touch of smoke.

TASTE:

Sweet temperament, sparkling, balanced. Pleasant in the mouth where we find red berries. Long and harmonious with notes of brioche.
