TASTING NOTE
Colour

Golden yellow, brilliant. Fine bubbles, accompanied by a large tear.

AROMA:

The nose is fresh and elegant, reminiscent of cakes, nuts, aging aromas, ripe fruit and toast.

TASTE:

The palate is smooth and balanced with a nice acidity and carbon persistent, dry, tasty finish with nuts and toast.

MATCHING
Ideal for snacks and appetizers fish. A successful combination could be exotic but with chicken curry with basmati rice.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Today the tunnels are run by Montse Rexach fish, which remains faithful to the origins and providing a generational cellars worthy of a family tradition. The grapes used came from one of the freshest local varieties of the Penedès being that convey personality: Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada. The xarel.lo blend provides the strength and vigor, Macabeo and Parellada balance elegance and aroma.

Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”.
