AROMA:

Cava with great aromatic expression, with toasted notes resulting from its long aging.

TASTE:

Elegant, dry and soft on the palate, which gives it great harmony.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Selection of the grapes directly on the vine and vinification of each of its varieties separately, during different weeks
This long-aged sparkling wine contains 45% Xarel lo, 40% Macabeu and 15% Pinot Noir
Regarding aging, there is a minimum of 45 months in the cellar

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
