Its colour is bright gold, very expressive.

It has a special bouquet, full of spices that give it a special aroma (in part due to his long stay in barrels)

TASTE:

In the mouth its texture is almost creamy, with an explosion of soft and ripe flavours, fresh and clean that resemble nuts and candied fruit.

We can take it with starters, desserts, dishes more elaborated, but of course we can take it alone, even in good company. The pairing with foods that enhance the champagne is sushi, baked fish or with sauce, sole with almond sauce, crustaceans and molluscs.
