Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

On the nose its depth and aromatic intensity stand out. Notes of flower honey merge with the aromas of compote fruit (quince and dried apricots), and the spices with its vibrant touch of licorice. Pronounced pastry aromas harmonize with small memories of Jerez, from the expedition liqueur, made with the soleras system.

TASTE:

Very appetizing and attractive entry into the mouth. Balance between its fine and well integrated carbonic, and with the sensation of creaminess and spaciousness in the mouth. Clearly sweet and pleasant finish.

This cava, ideal for accompanying desserts in the most exquisite way, is one of the only sweet cavas that are made with top quality wines. Raised as a great reserve, this allows lovers of sweet to enjoy the softness and sweetness of a cava without sacrificing the elegance and the most exquisite of the production processes.

Organic and biodynamic viticulture:

Based on the careful observation and treatment of the factors that influence our land and its habitat. We do not apply chemical herbicides or pesticides, we use natural resources with the main objective of maintaining the balance of the environment and we maintain spontaneous vegetal cover to obtain fluffy soil. Through biodynamics, a step beyond ecology, we live our vineyards and seek to increase their biodiversity levels: we apply infusions and decoctions of plants to avoid pests, and we make our own preparations and our own animal compound and vegetables from our medicinal vegetable garden and from our cows, sheep and horses farm.

Elaboration:

Expedition liqueur and its magnificent integration add softness and elegance. A cava to accompany the sweetest moments. Dose of 50 grams per liter, which comes from our centenary solera. It gives a unique character, the result of the experience of the series. This Gran Reserva has an aging period of 30 months, a long time not uncommon for this classification, which makes it the most aged sweet cava on the market. A glass of Gramona candy is an amazing experience.
