TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Amber color with orange reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is aromatic, fragrant and seductively expressive, an extraordinary representation of the potential of the variety. Aromas of fresh red fruit, herbs and characteristic plant and earthy notes.

TASTE:

On the palate with shyness and a sublime delicacy. Its passage is light, fresh and with a crunchy and vibrant acidity that will not leave you indifferent. Persistent and long finish.

MATCHING
Appetizers, Sushi, Vegetables with romesco sauce, baked sweet potatoes, smoked salmon, semi-cured cheeses.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
In Clos Lentiscus, at the foot of Montgròs, the land has always been worked, but it was not until 2001, when the father of Manel Avinyó (current owner) died, when a new cycle began for the family farm. The vineyards that were abandoned began to be replanted and the winery and farmhouse of the Avinyó family were restored.

Currently, the house is surrounded by about 20 hectares of vineyards planted mostly with native varieties, especially the Sitges Malvasia, Xarel·lo, Xarel·lo Vermell and sumo. Precisely from this last variety they declared themselves deeply in love (and no wonder), despite its complexity that requires the elaboration of good wines with sumo. It should be noted, the other star grape of the house, the Malvasia de Sitges, as evidenced by the fact that they were the first to make a monovarietal sparkling wine with it.

The essence of agriculture in the sandy and calcareous soils of Lentiscus is biodynamic. The vineyards are located in a protected place; The Garraf Natural Park, which guarantees the ecological cultivation of all its neighbors and a good conservation of the environment.
