Clean, clear and bright. Pale yellow color. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose is seductively fruity. Its citrus notes along with those of the white fruit and the floral aromas of lavender form a fantastic symbiosis.

TASTE:

On the palate with a freshness that creates addiction. Of lively and impenetrable acidity and its fine and delicate bubble form an extraordinary set.

Ideal with snacks, fresh salads, cebiches, and smoked.

With a company that has been producing high quality sparkling wines for six generations, the need to seek innovation and differentiation is inevitable. Two skills that, fortunately, are standard on Roc Gramona and Leo Gramona, the two youngest members of the winery.
Roc is an oenologist who has collaborated with different wineries around the world, and Leo is an industrial engineer who has worked as a consultant in business intelligence. Together they launch L'Enclós de Peralba, their most personal project where they include trend, sustainability and ecology as the only goal to enrich the territory of the Penedès.

And as a more than palpable sample, we are presented with L'Enclós de Peralba Pét-Nat, an ancestral sparkling wine made from the Malvasia de Sitges variety. It is an ideal grape for the creation of sparkling wines, thanks to its acidity and low pH, and which, through organic and biodynamic agriculture, maintain all its qualities.

The Peralba Pét-Nat Enclos is a sparkling wine with less bubbles, a moderate alcohol content and minimal intervention. As the French say, a sparkling natural of very limited production that has no more pretensions than to provide moments where you can enjoy it with excellent value for money.
