WHO CAN CONTRACT
Carriel dels Vilars is a small winery in the Alt Empordà dedicated to making wines of the highest expression and purity. The vines grow in arid slate soils and in ideal conditions of height and exposure and this makes them develop in perfect harmony in the middle of nature.
Both still and sparkling wines are obtained through spontaneous fermentations in glazed ceramic vats, without the addition of yeasts, yeasts or sugars, and are not subjected to any kind of filtration, rectification, clarification, polishing, sulphiting or oak in any moment.
All these practices enhance the richness, complexity and authenticity of each product. A winery that exudes tradition with a way of doing things rooted in the territory and based on respect and admirable know-how.
