Colour

Straw yellow, intense.

AROMA:

Medium intensity. Notes yeast and toast mixed with white fruit.

TASTE:

Overall very balanced aftertaste with hints of aging and long aftertaste.

MATCHING
Suitable for semi-cured cheeses and snacks. Perfect with a warm salad of lentils, confit of duck gizzards and mushrooms.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The hold of the Castell del Remei was conceived and built by the family in 1780 Girona for aging wines. The property is located in the region of La Noguera, 250 m above sea level. The soil is chalky. However, note the presence of different soils within the estate, which contributes to the enormous wealth of nuances of wines from Castell del Remei.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”.
