The history of Can Ràfols dels Caus began in 1979. Carlos Esteva decided to go live on his grandfather's farm located in Garraf (Barcelona). Esteva's arrival in Garraf was a revolution planting new varieties and cultivation methods.
Mr. Esteva decided to take a big step with the construction of a new winery that would allow him to better work the microvinifications that he was carrying out with different grapes and plots of the estate. This new winery is totally embedded in the surroundings of the Garraf Massif, integrated into the landscape and projected at different levels in order to facilitate gravity vinification.

Elaboration:
Quality sparkling wine. Made with the traditional method and brut nature typology with an indication of vintage. Numbered bottles, little production. With the idea of involving the regulars of the winery experience wines. Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. More than 15 months in rhyme.
