AROMA:

TASTE:

Maintains the typical characteristics of a sparkling wine. Lively, sweet, easy to drink. With reminiscenses of red fruits, sweet and a slight acidity that keeps it very fresh.

MATCHING
Ideal as an aperitif, also with Italian cuisine, pastas, pizzas, carpaccio ... Sensational in Summer cooking’s such as fresh fruit salads. It’s an example of a wine of the Mediterranean culture. Original with fried fish and also with rice dishes such as paella.

Wines rosés designation of origin D.O. Conca de Barberà
The DO Conca de Barberà was formed in 1985, has 2,875 ha of vineyards and an average production of 8,000 hl of wine. It is a Catalan region located in the north of the province of Tarragona. The altitudes are mostly between 350 and 900 meters, which means that the wines are fresh and light. It is basically concentrated in the region that owes its geological formation to the erosive action of the Francolí river and its tributary, the Anguera.
