TASTING NOTE
Colour
Clean and bright. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Very fine, persistent and constant bubble. Very pleasing to the eye.
AROMA:
In the nose, a very mature and well-harmonized cava is perceived. Computed white fruit aromas harmonize with the notes of the most creamy and select pastries.
TASTE:
Entry into the mouth where an extraordinary balance stands out, with marked acidity but with a charming elegance, which, together with a fine carbon and a unique agility, makes him the perfect companion to be able to have an eternal end.
MATCHING
Perfect for accompanying sushi dishes, snacks, cooked seafood, grilled or with sauces, and fish dishes.

Guilera Agosarat is a cava made by Cava Guilera in Lavern (Penedés). DO. Digging.
Cava Guilera is a family business that dates back to 1927 when Isidre Guilera, manager decides to make his own cava. He is currently at the head of the elaboration Pere Guilera, grandson of Isidre, with his daughter Marta, in charge of the commercial and wine tourism.
Cava Guilera has specialized from the beginning in developing long aging cavas, Reserva and Gran Reserva, in small quantities, since in total they do not produce more than 30,000 bottles.
Cava Guilera was born in the vineyards adjacent to the Ca l'Artigas farmhouse, owned by the family since 1933. Located in the heart of Penedés, this area is characterized by a mild climate, with mild winters and summers not too dry and Soils here are clayey-calcareous of medium fertility.
Guilera Agosarat is a cava made with Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada from our own vineyards.
Once the base wine is made, a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle for a minimum of 112 months. After this time the disgorgement is performed and expedition liquor is not added. We are facing a Brut Nature Gran Reserva.
