Visually, it is clean and bright, with a pale yellow color and medium depth.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is very fruity and vibrant, combining stone fruit notes like apricot with balsamic aromas such as fennel.

TASTE:

On the palate, its liveliness awakens all the senses. A unique and surprising wine with a very pleasant dry finish.

Appetizers, salads, vegetables. All kinds of fish and seafood. Very interesting with Japanese food. Also with rice and paellas.

The mountains of Begur and Montgrí. In turn, the sandy and limestone terrain, as well as its proximity to the sea and the area's own microclimate, make the wines produced have their own personality. Ecological agriculture is practiced and the harvest is carried out by hand to preserve and respect the vine and the territory that supports it to the maximum.
Mas Geli is a family project (Pérez Cansell) parents and children. The technical direction of this project is in charge of the winemaker Agustí Torelló Sibill.

This wine (Subirat Parent) is a synonym for Malvasía.
The term malvasía designates a family of varieties originating in the Mediterranean and the island of Madeira, but currently cultivated in all the wine regions of the world. Although malvasia is generally spoken of to refer to the white variety, there is also a red malvasia with the name of black malvasia. The various varieties differ notably from each other due to the morphology of the plant, color, flavor and biochemical composition of the fruit, early ripening, productivity and aptitude for vinification. Malvasia vines can be of two groups: those with a slight aroma reminiscent of muscat and others with a simple flavor.
