Colour

Dark, dense ruby firmly seated.

AROMA:

Displays your black fruit, then rich and well developed tannins envelop to offer full and persistent flavors.

MATCHING
Splendid to celebrate memorable occasions. Highlight the best grilled meat, grilled or in sauce, especially the suckling pig, roasted lamb, beef or fillets Iberian pork, foie, light hunting and semi-cured or strong cheeses.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Mild temperatures and dry weather in autumn and winter. Scattered snow in March. Spring rains hindered the flowering and fruit was irregular causing a poor harvest in quantity.
Summer suffered some delay and a selective harvest in October with dry weather and cool nights began, which favored a perfect state of health of the grapes.
After a meticulous craft and wine to extract the unique character of each plot, the wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 16-20 months cleft. This aging process was completed with minimal tuning of 24 months in bottle achieving elegance distinguishes this wine of great class.
