Splendid to celebrate memorable occasions. Highlight the best grilled meat, grilled or in sauce, especially the suckling pig, roasted lamb, beef or fillets Iberian pork, foie, light hunting and semi-cured or strong cheeses.

Mild temperatures and dry weather in autumn and winter. Scattered snow in March. Spring rains hindered the flowering and fruit was irregular causing a poor harvest in quantity. Summer suffered some delay and a selective harvest in October with dry weather and cool nights began, which favored a perfect state of health of the grapes. After a meticulous craft and wine to extract the unique character of each plot, the wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 16-20 months cleft. This aging process was completed with minimal tuning of 24 months in bottle achieving elegance distinguishes this wine of great class.
