Colour

Dark cherry color, well covered.

AROMA:

Delightfully fruity (raspberry jam), with subtle notes of dried fruits (dates) and a hint of spices (clove).

TASTE:

On the palate, it is tasty, warm, with a sensual and very pleasant mouthfeel

MATCHING
Ideal with grilled red meats and Mediterranean stews. Also with boards of sheep's cheese and Iberian cured meats.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The name Las Pisadas evokes the winemaking traditions of Rioja Alavesa. On the rocky slopes of the mountains, our ancestors dug presses to crush the grapes they brought down from the rugged vineyards. They left an indelible mark on the landscape where our winery is located today.
