Colour

LAFOU is a wine of deep layer, colour cherry with intense garnet rim.

AROMA:

The nose stands out for its elegance based on a very fresh red fruit (raspberry and blackberry) given by the Grenache, which is the core of this wine. Background notes of olive from Syrah and cherry and plum from Cabernet Sauvignon propose us a set of great complexity that unfolds in the glass over the minutes, stirring notes of aromatic herbs of the environment and toasted from the barrel.

TASTE:

LAFOU gently concentrated on the palate, featuring a slippery acidity and light tannins, which respect a marked air profile of Grenache.
