TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Garnet color with ruby reflections. Medium layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose is the delicacy dressed in complexity. Aromas of ripe fruit share the catalog with the spicy notes of clove, black peppercorns and the unmistakable touches of licorice. Its expressive aging notes stand out, where the toast, brushstrokes of cocoa and caramel surface with elegance and harmony.

TASTE:

Silky and personal mouthfeel. Palate with velvety tannins, but which are refined as it is oxygenated in a glass, becoming with a finesse of fantastic warmth. All with an integrated wood that guarantees a balanced and elegant fusion.

MATCHING
Ideal with vegetables, mushrooms (such as grilled egg yolks with garlic and parsley or sautéed pasta with gargoyles) and well-matured cheeses.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Cune Imperial Gran Reserva is one of the great reds of Spain, an essential classic. From the best old vineyards in CVNE, a grape of exceptional quality is obtained whose must, after cold maceration and fermentation in French oak, is aged, as wine, for 36 months in barrels. Afterwards, it will rest for an additional 48 months in the bottle before its release on the market.
