TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with garnet reflections, and where it has a medium layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is direct and sincere, and where, its expressiveness is mesmerizing. The aromas of red fruit take over the glass along with notes of floral (violets) and small hints of spice.

TASTE:

Mouth-watering with extraordinary delicacy. The carbonic maceration is strongly noticed, where its fruity sensation is balanced with a unique lightness. With lively tannins and a bright acidity, they will lead you to a very pleasant finish.

MATCHING
Its elegance makes it perfect for all hours. Ideal to taste with tapas, appetizers, fresh salads and pastas.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
"Octobre" is a natural red wine produced by Les Foulard Rouges with the Syrah and Garncha varieties in the Languedoc - Roussillon area. In 2002 Jean - François Micq together with a childhood friend Bijam Mohamadi bought a winery in the Eastern Pyrenees and christened it "Les Foulard Rouges" in honor of Fréderic Fajardie, author of the neorealist thriller and a humanist revolutionary saga . They were immediately clear that it would be a project that would bet on minimal intervention. As a result they have managed to produce fresh and light wines in a region of pronounced warmth, Cold carbonic maceration for ten days, and where fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts for six weeks in stainless steel tanks.
