Cherry pillory covered, granatoso edging, very high layer, fine tear.

AROMA:

Aromas of ripe red and black fruit, spicy, chocolate notes.

TASTE:

creamy, good acidity. Long finish, aftertaste of spicy fruit and toasted toasted aftertaste.

Roasted red meats, stews, roasts and game dishes.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Els Escurçons is an exclusively Garncha Negra wine from the farm that bears the same name, located in the wine area of the town of Gratallops, at the geographical point of the Serra Alta.
The soil of ferruginous licorella, the altitude of 601 meters and the south-southwest exposure of the vineyard give it a strange sensation of airless fragility, minerality and forceful maturity that make it difficult to confuse it.
Els Escurçons is a journey through time, a speleology, a reflection of that wine that was made, before phylloxera, by Ca l'Olives, in this very special estate.
