Colour

Clean, clear and bright, Ruby red color with violet reflections. It has a high layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose perfectly reflects the terroir and its origin. Good aromatic complexity where the red fruit is expressed by hand along with the aromatic herbs; like rosemary and fennel so characteristic of our land. With the appropriate decantation, the roasted, mineral and balsamic aromas will complete the catalog of aromas.

TASTE:

Entry in the mouth as we could not expect less. Its passage is balanced, elegant and fine, where lively, mature, silky and well-structured tannins will fill your senses. Nice finish, fresh and of a memorable persistence.

Perfect with the gastronomy of our land. Where sea and mountain dishes, such as cuttlefish with peas, meat and seafood rice, anchovies with escalivada, will be the perfect allies.
