Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Red color with violet reflections. It has a medium / high layer intensity. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is an excellent representation of his brothers. The first contact with the glass is expressed with the power and elegance characteristic of Adrianna Vineyards and in which it captivates from the first contact with the glass. They appear shyly but with all the delicacy of the subtle aromas of violets and a perceptible presence of aromas of compote fruit, in which they are embalmed by the notes of spicy tobacco and minerals. Giving way to extraordinary olfactory exuberance.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth where extremely sharp acidity welcomes, in which it develops sublim power dressed in freshness. Velvety texture with tannins fine tuned to galactic levels. A quick sensation where the expression of the terroir returns to take center stage. Harmonious, compact, long and with a seductive persistence. Seriousness and knowing bottled.

Perfect wine to accompany the best occasions. Lean meats with red berry sauces, stews, meat "rostits", and sensational with grilled pork feet. Grilled herreño cheese with red fruit jam will finish giving it the original touch.

This wine is named after a small plot made up of stones covered by calcium carbonate, which belonged to the bed of an ancient river. The abundance of stones facilitates optimal drainage and adaptation to extreme temperatures. The stones retain the heat of the day, irradiating it during the night, moderating the night cold. In turn, on extremely cold nights, they work by moderating the daytime heat. Malbecs from calcareous soils are extraordinarily aromatic, concentrated and opulent.
