Intense mahogany.

AROMA:

Elegant, complex, hight aromatic power. An amalgam of raisined notes with roasted, smoked and balsamic touches.

TASTE:

Structured, very dense, singular. Reminiscences to fruity notes in combination with cocoa, coffee, licorice and vanilla. Very long, sweet finish.

To appreciate all its aromatic complexity, we recommend to take this gem alone and with pleasant company. Chocolate or "marron glacé" would be a good choice if we wish.

Relic that comes from very old boots of pedro Ximénez D. Rafael Terán Carrera D. Antonio Barbadillo Ambrossy left at the end of the 19th century. Barbadillo is a company family, owner of 500 hectares of vineyards spread over two properties "Gibalbín" and "Santa Lucía", located in the area of the "Jerez Superior". This company is currently greater breeder of manzanillas of all Jerez, with such prestigious brands as Solear and Muyfina. Its offices are located in the Chair of Palace House, built in 1773. Since this attentive treatment, Barbadillo continues to be characterised by offering top quality products, able to satisfy the most select palates, but at the same time with a great popular acceptance.
