AROMA:

Elegant, complex and penetrating. Notes to nuts, dates, raisins, spices all on a background of oak.

TASTE:

In mouth is soft and fresh with a long, velvety finish. Elegance, complexity and concentration on the palate with reminiscences of ripe and roasted fruit.

Ideal with fruit pudding, perfect with cheese like Stilton or Cabrales. We suggest pairing with a chestnut cake.

Sweet oloroso with an oxidative aging in "criaderas y solera" of more than 30 years.
