TASTING NOTE
Colour

Lemon yellow, lightly browned. Very bright

AROMA:

Intense and complex. Great finesse. Notes of honey and wax, acacia flower, citrus peel.

TASTE:

Very well balanced, silky without heaviness, raised by good acidity and citrus brightness. Very long. Dry fig, honey with floral aftertaste.

MATCHING
Great for appetizers or desserts.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Very selective harvesting grain to grain, following the evolution of the noble rot. Fermentation in French oak barrels, aged for 5 months in the same barrels.
Founded in 1647, Bodegas Chivite is one of the oldest wine producing dynasties of Spain. For eleven generations, the winery has grown throughout its history since its original establishment in Navarra, at the new denominations of origin of Rioja, Rueda and Ribera del Duero, becoming the most important exporting Winery of Navarre as well as one of the most respected.
