TASTING NOTE
Colour

Golden yellow with topaz rim. Big tear, clean and brilliant.

AROMA:

Intense, delicated, captivating. Reminds of honey, ripe peach and citric nuances. Background of mineral notes with balsamic hints.

TASTE:

Exquisite and very elegant. Balanced in sweetness and acidity, glycerid and unctuous in palate. Reminds of preserved flavours, flower honey, envolved of roasted dried fruits.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Chateau Climes is located in Barsac, under the appellation Sauternes (Bordeaux). It was qualified as a Premier Cru in the Official Wine Clasification that took place in Bordeaux on 1855. From 1855 to 1971 the cellar was ownership of the Gounouilhou family. Nowadays is propoerty of the Lurton family. The 29 hectares are plenty semillon, with an anual production of 36.000 bottles.
