A truly memorable rum is made by a formula that strives for perfection and the balance in every drop. The product have been carefully matured up to 12 years and then be separated in minute quantities and pass its second breeding for more than two years in Spanish Pedro Ximenez casks. The result is an exceptional 47% were balanced, with notes of wood, light aromas of sweet nuts, subtly evoking the oak and molasses, to make way for a complex palate with dark memories chocolate, cream, vanilla and dried fruit.
