Premium reserve red vermouth with the addition of a sweet liqueur wine in the Tarragona Clásico style. Long aging of 18 months in sherry barrels. This reserve vermouth is made using a solera wine, a long-standing tradition in the winery. In the final blend, we add a sweet liqueur wine in the Tarragona Clásico style, which ages in 7,000-liter oak vats for 5 years. Then, we add the touch of vermouth herbs and allow it to age for 18 months in sherry barrels, one of the keys to making it a true premium vermouth.
