AROMA:

Intense aroma, with citrus and spicy notes. Its light balsamic touches provide it with a pleasant and very particular aromatic structure.

TASTE:

Very good intensity on the palate, well balanced with acidity. A long, slightly bitter and intense aftertaste.

Excellent as a daily snack. Accompany it with 2 olives stuffed with anchovy, 2 or 3 ice cubes and a slice of orange to enhance its flavor. It should be served very cold.
