AROMA:

This cocoa distillate, with macerated cocoa, is a chocolate perfume. Brilliant and with a delicate bitterness, it is reminiscent of dried fruit, hazelnut and mixed almond bonbons. It is ideal for tasting cigars and chocolates. The beans, subtly toasted, provide an aroma of great intensity and an old gold color reminiscent of the best classic distillates with many years of aging, tasted on a terrace looking at infinity or immersed in a reading near the fire.

This bottle shows an elegant and delicate interpretation of the cocoa spirit from Hacienda Victoria, in Ecuador, showing its wide range of nuances and tonalities. A generous maceration of cocoa precedes distillation in copper stills, in order to concentrate and capture the fraction aromatic. Next, it is rounded off with a subtle maceration of cocoa, which gives it that bronze color and enormous richness on the palate, with a light and surprising tannin that evokes aged spirits.
