Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with greenish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose is very well balanced between the primary aromas of the variety and those provided by its passage in barrels (tertiary aromas). It is floral with hints of stone fruit (apricot and peach), spicy and lightly smoked with notes of honey.

TASTE:

Its mouthfeel is vibrant. It exudes an acidity harmonized with the creamy sensations of the wood. Subtly mineral. Fresh, long and elegant finish.

Ideal with spicy dishes, such as Arabic or Hindu cuisine. Seafood of all styles and cooked and slightly fatty fish (cod, sea bream, turbot, grouper, etc.)

Viña Pomal Tempranillo Blanco Reserve part of the monovarietal collection of Bodegas Bilbaínas,. A variety suitable for cool areas, with early maturation. To the fresh expression of white flowers and citrus, we add the complexity of aging in oak barrels. 8-hour maceration with the skins. Barrel fermentation (15 ºC), working with battonage during the first 4 months. Aging for 12 months in new and American French oak barrels for 1 use. Minimum aging in bottle 12 months (Reserve).
