Powerful, honest and intense, with aromas of stone fruit (peach, apricot) and memories of exotic fruits (pineapple) aniseed background and slightly herbaceous.
In the mouth is dry, fruity and well balanced. Final ample, fruity and herbaceous, with nice bitter finish, characteristic of the Verdejo.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
