PEÑÍN
Clean and bright. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.
First of all, the expressiveness of floral aromas, where the ginesta and rosemary take on the protagonism, is followed by a ripe fruit (ripe pineapple) and pineapple (such as peach, apricot and nectarine). Balanced with aromas subtly smoked and toasted due to its aging in oak barrels.
In the palate it is palpable on all sides, its 6 month aging gives a creamy and unctuous elegance. Wine of delicate matter and a dry dry net.
Un vi excel·lent, molt ben elaborat. Molt recomenable
