TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean and bright. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

First of all, the expressiveness of floral aromas, where the ginesta and rosemary take on the protagonism, is followed by a ripe fruit (ripe pineapple) and pineapple (such as peach, apricot and nectarine). Balanced with aromas subtly smoked and toasted due to its aging in oak barrels.

TASTE:

In the palate it is palpable on all sides, its 6 month aging gives a creamy and unctuous elegance. Wine of delicate matter and a dry dry net.

MATCHING
Perfect with a lobster rice or a mushroom risotto. Also, fatty blue fish, like spring or salmon. A tuna carpaccio or cod can be an excellent pairing. With cheeses, try a cured Comté, Emmental or Montsec of goat's milk. Serve at 12º-13ºC.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Sons de Prades is a white wine made by Bodegas Torres in the D.O. Conca de Barberà. Bodegas Torres is a family business founded in 1870 by Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell, with several generations dedicated to the production of wine and brandy in the Penedés. Currently, Bodegas Torres produces wines in many wine regions of the world. In Spain it has 4 wineries in property, in another 4 denominations of origin, Penedés, Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Priorat. Bodegas Torres currently has great international prestige and exports to more than 140 countries. Sons de Prades is a wine made with Chardonnay, from the Milmanda vineyard. Located at the foot of the Serra de Prades, about 500 meters above sea level on clay-calcareous soils. After the manual harvest, it ferments 50% in stainless steel tanks and the other 50% in French oak barrels. 45% of the wine performs malolactic fermentation. The aging is 6 months in new French oak barrels of fine grain.

Extraordinari. Un Milmanda a preu raonable. No paga la pena pagar més per tenir un gran vi

Un vi excel·lent, molt ben elaborat. Molt recomenable
