Intense yellow with straw reflections, bright.

AROMA:

Interesting tropical fruit aroma ( ripe pineapple, banana ) , complex. Good power and persistent. We consider it an aromatic and fruity wine.

TASTE:

Well constituted, long, tasty. It is intense gustatively, expressive. A good balance of fruit, acidity and aging with this marked floral and fruity character, white flowers. It came with aftertaste. Persistent.

With dishes from the Empordanese Cuisine, local cuisine, "escalivada", "escaixada or brandada" of cod, stews of "sea and mountain", chicken with scampi, countless dishes without forgetting the rice from Pals to the casserole or the broad beans the Catalan. Service temperature from 8º to 10º C.

Winemaking in the Peralada Castle has been documented since the Middle Ages, as witnessed by various documents and scrolls of the time that are kept in the library.
