TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Pale yellow color with slightly lemony reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Very good intensity, with a load of fruity aromas. Where mature white fruit predominates.

TASTE:

Very fresh on the palate, with very good acidity and intensity. White fruit appears at its maximum expression. With a long and persistent ending.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Baltà Pares is a 100% family winery in Penedes long tradition, whose origins date back to 1790. For 70 years, the family took over Cusin and currently hold the direction is in the hands of the 3 rd generation. Vines grown organically since 1790, and since 2004 the wines are certified as organic.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
