On the nose, it is very aromatic and is presented with very good complexity, where the ripe fruit, specifically the ripe peach with touches of quince are expressed strongly and thus giving way to the notes of sweet species, where vanilla appears.
In the mouth, it is very well structured, it is a full-bodied wine with a certain meatiness, but at the same time very tasty. A white with personality, enveloping and with good creamy sensations. Glyceric, long and persistent.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
