Colour

Clean and bright, pale yellow with light green reflections. Fine tear and quite glyceric.

AROMA:

Fresh and complex, it has a remarkable varietal expression, with a good aromatic intensity highlighting the presence of tropical fruit, ripe pineapple, passion fruit, along with fresh hints of citrus nuances ( lime, grapefruit ). All this, along with an intense set of balsamic and aniseed aromas, typical of white Sauvignon.

TASTE:

Its entrance is soft, greedy, with volume and a certain density. It has a fruity, juicy, enveloping, with a subtle hint of bitterness, leaving you feeling fresh. Acidity of marked citrus character; long and persistent finish with silky fruity expressions and a pleasant touch of fennel.

Appetizers, fish rice, poultry, seafood, white fish, grilled vegetables, pasta with fish sauce and soft cheese.

With this simple and easy premise, Sin Etiquetas was born, a company dedicated to the creation, development and management of wine projects. Sin Etiquetas calls for hedonistic and free thought, breaking with established dogmas. In this way, a new adventure begins to find lost time, stop to observe emotions and savor personal relationships. His maxim: to give birth to wines that bring pleasure, without ties, without borders but with a territorial identity from which to transform the expression of all his work into wines. Always eager to share emotions, smiles and break boundaries. They bottle unlabeled dreams all over the country, from Catalonia to the Ribera del Duero via Rueda. Elaboration: The elaboration is carried out between pneumatic press with membrane and stainless steel tanks. Prefermentative cold maceration, soft pressing at low pressure with subsequent static decantation of the thickest solids and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18º C for about 14 days on average. Aging: White Sauvignon on its fine lees for a maximum of 3 months to achieve volume and fat but without losing freshness and acidity. Variety: 50% white sauvignon, 25% white Grenache, 15% Macabeo, 10% picapoll. Vineyards planted in the late 90s. Soil: Clay-limestone with surface pebble sediments. Altitude + -400 m.
