TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw-yellow colour with shiny greenish glints.

AROMA:

Clean and powerful nose, with primary aromas suggestive of green fruit, citrus, apple and pineapple.

TASTE:

A balance mouth with good backbone and persistence.

MATCHING
Ideal with light cuisine, vegetarian, steamed or grilled seafood, fish in general, soft cooking, ideal with some prawns al papillote with lime and green pepper, beet salad with feta cheese and honey.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Angel Lorenzo Cachazo Winery
Founded in 1988. The winery is based on family heritage and local tradition. The family's grandparents and great-grandparents already looked after their own vineyards in Pozaldez (Valladolid). This municipality is part of the Rueda Denomination of Origin, the first D.O. of white wines from Spain, and is renowned for its long winemaking history.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Rueda
The winegrowing zone of Rueda is located on the regions of Valladolid, Ávila and Segovia. This appellation was established on January 12 1980 and was the first authorized appellation in the Castilla y León zone. The planted vineyard area covers approximately 19,000 hectares of vines and in 2021, 124.533.302 kg of grapes were harvested, 90% of which were white grapes. Currently, this region is fashionable for its white wines made from its native white grape variety, Verdejo.
